Change & Challenge


The Weekly Challenge
  • Meatless Mondays: Go the entire day without eating meat!
  • Tiny Tuesdays: Eat the correct portion sizes or a bit smaller.
  • Weightless Wednesdays: Only weigh yourself on this day!
  • Thirsty Thursdays: Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water today. Only water! No coffee, diet soda, or tea.
  • Fruity Fridays: Add a serving of fruit to breakfast and lunch. Bonus for adding fruit with dinner!
  • Savory Saturdays and Sundays: Treat yourself ONE time on the weekend.
